Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Riverside

my partner and i ordered the preset valentine’s day menu and everything we got was great. the steak was cooked perfectly and all the sides were super flavorful.

I had reservations for 2 on Valentines Day, however got a table for 4. We ordered Alcohol drinks and got juice instead then we ordered food and they brought us the order of the table next to us. Then we waited a couple more minutes and they brought us the wrong food again in this case was the other side of our table (mind you we got there 15 minutes before the table on the left and 30 minutes and the right) yet we were still waiting on our food, finally our food arrived but didn’t get exactly as we ordered. So we’re like ok I get it it’s a busy day for them will let it go and just it what we got. Then the table next to us ordered another round and they brought us the order of the table next to us (again) THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS 100%!!!!! But what killed it for us was the repeated wrong orders!!! All though the food was great & the music im not sure about going back and getting the wrong order. I was embarrassed with my husband because I wanted to surprise him with a New Great spot for our Anniversary Date, but we keep passing out the food or alcohol drinks to the right or left tables the entire time we were there. Not sure if the tables had numbers or not but that could have helped out for the orders not to get mixed. At the time we asked for the check they took a while to bring it and unfortunately they brought it in when I was in the restroom and my husband had payed already I didn’t get the chance to check if we were billed correctly (my husband NEVER checks receipts) This was our Personal experience, First time going and POSSIBLY LAST.

Great food. Super service. My wife said the swordfish was the best she had ever had. The mahi mahi, not so much, but the menu was honest and did not list it as being fresh. I'm not a fish eater. The NY steak was done as ordered, seasoned well and the cheesy mash potatoes, I could have made a meal of. Clam chowder also very good. First time there, but will not be our last. Oh yes, it was Valentine's day and we had a 4:45 reservation of which we were seated within a few minutes. Even though they were full, the service was not lacking and the food came out quickly.

Pleasantly surprised by the generous fresh portions on Taco Tuesday. Salsa bar was great accompaniment to the tacos, but was sad that they ran out of the mango salsa (I got the last spoon and it was yummy). The booth was nice and cozy, but a little bit of a tight space for 5 adults.
