Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman.     Our experience was awesome. The food was great. Our server Brian gave some of the best service I’ve had in the Orlando area. The hostess, who is an even prettier version of Lily-Rose Depp, was so nice. I messed up when reserving through google and only made it for 2 guests instead of four. She took care of us and figured it out. Really amazing experience. The only down side of the F&D Italian experience is the parking at this venue. Really awful. Overall….9.899/10

    Wait time was very short thanks to having a reservation but people without reservation didn’t wait long either. The booth was nice and spacious, lighting was perfectly dim but was still able to read menu & eat. Our server was amazing and everything me & my husband ordered (which was a lot) was absolutely delicious. My husband is the worst critic and he even thought the food was amazing. Baby blue cosmo was great, I would had 3 but I was saving room for dessert lol would definitely go back, maybe even bring the kids since it was very family friendly.

    This restaurant is one of the best on the planet. The staff is superb...knowledgeable and attentive. The food is exquisitely prepared, and the presentation is excellent. The setting is lovely and the view out the windows is terrific

    Food was delicious, server great. I had the sesame seed fried chicken salad, which was delicious. They should make the chicken just as a dish on its own.
