And having the students perform most of the services makes for an enjoyable experience. It’s worth the 70 mile drive for me !More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7

It is a little off-putting that they are in the hotel lobby, but there was a beautiful fireplace and the finishes from the menu to the booth leather were beautiful. Our waiter Matt was very attentive and enthusiastic. I have recommended The Storyteller to several people already!!!More infoThe Storyteller - Inn at BellefieldPrice: Moderate• American• Hyde Park•3.8

- NJNJLocalsNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 3, 2015We are veteran restaurant goers who decided to try this local eatery based on friends' recommendations. The food here is innovative and cooked to perfection. The soup special was artichoke with melted buffalo mozzarella which my wife described as the best soup she has ever eaten. For our appetizer we had Orrichetta with short rib Ragu. It was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever had. For main course she had the Stripped Bass and I had the Rib-eye Steak. Both of these dishes were fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection. They also came with excellent gourmet style sides. My only negative is that the Rib-eye may have been a bit overpriced at $45. The staff here was large and very attentive. They did a terrific job making this a great dining experience. This is also a BYOB which I consider a good thing(there liquor store next door). We will definitely return.More infoLocal Seasonal KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Mahwah•4.5
