- CCherylLos Angeles •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was really good, but I would prefer if they included coffee and tea with the brunch price. I was told there was a dress code but when we got there, everybody was very casual so I was confused. The staff was not very friendly, but the service was good and our food was good.More infoPerch LAPrice: Expensive• French American• Downtown•4.6

- KKarenvipLos Angeles •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI've now been here two times and the food has been excellent overall. I could personally do without the frequent use of chili slices. Other than that, the flavors and textures are marvelous. The brioche bread and hummus are delectable. I feel like every dish is a slam dunk - too bad there isn't a sampler platter! The decor is lovely, a few discreet fabric panels might help with the noise as its a bit hard to hear the people across from you - the sound bounces around the cavernous space. The crowd seems very chic, a bit eccentric in a fun way and more adult - that's probably the price point keeping out the under 30 crowd.More infoSaffy'sPrice: Expensive• Middle Eastern• East Hollywood•4.8

- OTOpenTable DinerLos Angeles •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoAh, Manual LA, the hidden gem nestled in the vibrant art district where parking is a bit challenging ! Who doesn't love a limited-time weekend affair where reservations are as essential as your morning coffee? Trust me, you'll want to secure your spot in advance to avoid the dreaded waitlist of doom. As for the menu, prepare to be swept off your feet by the ocean trout tartare – it's a love letter to seafood that even Poseidon would approve of. The burrata is a creamy delight with delight cucumber that will make you question why you've ever eaten anything else. And then, there's the French toast, a carbohydrate devil that could easily moonlight as dessert. If you're someone who finds carbohydrates utterly captivating (and let's be honest, who isn't?), Manual LA is your carb-laden paradise.More infoManuelaPrice: Expensive• Californian• Downtown•4.8
