Best Historic Restaurants in Cumberland

We loved our High Tea at Zoey’s. The atmosphere, the food and the service were top notch. Shout out to the excellent Garrick who made the whole experience even better. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and were treated to a special treat on the house - unexpected and lovely.

The shareable steak and ravioli Bianca is out of this world. I just can’t get past it. The only other dish I have ordered here is the Mediterranean bowl, which I couldn’t get past for quite a while either. You can’t go wrong on either of these dishes!

We visited for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Food was great and the service was excellent. One of our children has food allergies and they were very accommodating. Noise level is higher than other restaurants we have visited, but to be expected in an open space and we weren’t bothered by it.

Fairouz can do no wrong. We went to a different restaurant prior and wanted to leave so bad, and we were glad to get this reservation within 15 mins of checking the app to book it. Here’s to making a last minute decision for my birthday dinner. The meat platter was amazing, quick to bring to the table. An intimate ambiance for a date night, and great Arabi playlist of course

Truly, the best meatballs and a must while in Ottawa! Moist, tender angus beef nestled in a deep rich San Marzano tomato sauce accompanied by the most buttery toasted focaccia for sopping up all the goodness! The KFC cauliflower also exceeded our expectations! Not drowned in a typical jarred buffalo sauce but rather spiced to enhance and not to hide the flavours of this brassica. Our server made every guest feel like a VIP. He was very prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the food, wine and cocktails. 10/10. Well done. We will be back!
