- MMelissaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •25 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur dinner experience from checkin to dessert was fantastic. Greeted with smiles and acknowledging the birthday celebration, being seated near the window with a gorgeous view started off the relaxing evening. We started with ahi crudo, bread and lovey kir royale and Negroni. Our entrees were flavorful and the right temperature when delivered. Skirt steak, sea bass and truffle ravioli…just delightful. 27th. Desserts of afergato, bread pudding and French press ended the meal. Fantastic service and attn to detail.More infoChristy HillPrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Tahoe City•4.9
- MMaryMiami - Dade •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI surprised my partner with an anniversary and birthday dinner with Smoke Door’s 10 course menu with their reserve pairing. Not only did the food blow our minds, but the service was absolutely outstanding. They made it truly unique for us, and made us feel so incredibly special; we forgot we were at a restaurant, at some point, because everything else faded away. The food was familiar, but just different or “enhanced” enough that you will be thankful they invited you a little out of your comfort zone. It’s expensive — but it should be. You get what you paid for. The knowledge that came with every dish and paired drink was incredible; this has become our new tradition of celebrating life events. We cannot wait to go back. If you’re thinking about it, just book the reservation. The only thing you’ll regret is not doing so sooner.More infoSmoke Door - Lake Tahoe SaryoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Kings Beach•4.9
- DDonTahoe / Reno Area •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 23, 2025We have been going to Le Bistro on our anniversary for the 12 years we've lived in Tahoe. The food is always fresh, cooked to perfection with lovely touches and presentation. Service was excellent and the spacing between courses just right. The four course prix fixe menu is a good deal, although I am always a little too full afterwards. That didn't stop me from finishing the dessert plate, a sampling of four small delights, a chocolate truffle, creme brulee, lemon cookie and a chocolate raspberry cake. My wife's main course was the filet mignon and I had the scallops. They were both excellent.More infoLe Bistro TahoePrice: Very Expensive• French American• Incline Village•4.7
