Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Darien

This was our first time at Sullivan's and we were hoping for a great experience to celebrate our newly wed status - they did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm smile, and once our reservation name was given the visit was nothing short of memorable. Every staff member congratulated and complimented us, made us feel like the only guest in restaurant, and gave enough space that we were able to enjoy our evening together. The kitchen was profession and quiet. Typically you hear talking amongst the sound of pans tinging in the background - bravo line cooks. The food was on par and top tier - we will be back to celebrate more events in the future. Lastly, Doug our server was very professional. He knew when to come to the table and offer his services and how to navigate us through the menu. I never felt rushed and my glass was always full. Silverware was always replaced on time and the table kept tidy. This is what fine dining is all about. Thank you Doug for a wonderful evening, this is a night we'll remember forever.

The Cuvaison wine dinner was absolutely the best. A terrific pairing of wine and food. Everything was delicious food wise and the wine was terrific as well.

The food is outstanding and great customer service

We decided to check out Dolce's new kid's menu. It was a big hit with four of our grandchildren! The spaghetti and meatballs were obviously delicious, as two orders of them were completely finished! The kid's pizza was generously sized and declared "so yummy" by the other two grandkids. Tiffany was an excellent server, and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be going back with our grandchildren to check out the other items on the kid's menu-chicken tenders, meatball or chicken sliders, and buttered noodles!
