Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Lahaska

11.21.24 Our server was the best part of our visit to Founding Farmers! Her name was Casey D. and she just made us feel so great for being there, at the right time! There were so many people and we thought it might not be the right time but she said please don’t worry. All these people have been served, or their order has already been taken, so we are ready for you! They served us great food and really quickly and we were able to see our movie on time, and we were so grateful! We really just wanted a super green healthy large salad to split and that was the $18.50 all good green salad! Has so much in it! And then my friend wanted to have half margarita pizza and half plain tomato pie and— that’s exactly what the kitchen did! It was perfect, because we had the best of both worlds! That pizza was only 17.99 and it was a thick Sicilian style! But also crispy corners! My friend absolutely loved it! Then we had a great memory of the pan fried potato pierogies, —but it now comes with a spicy dipping sauce, that’s a little bit sweet, and very hot—but I think next time we would get it, not pan fried, but just steamed, with some butter, salt, or sour cream. We forgot to ask… but the pierogies are just 4 for $9.99… never realized that they are $2.50, per each! We got the potato ones… Such a good food memory! This pre-movie snack was just perfect, and it did not break the bank! Also, on the way out as we thanked them, we found the most delicious box of caramel cookie chocolate! Next time we should try the chocolate mints… Looking forward to coming here again! I also remember the purple and black kale salad being really good and we were thinking about it But we were full with all the food that we ate… It was perfect timing for the movie ! We each had the turkey dinner, which was delicious. It included a generous portion of white meat turkey with gravy, dressing, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots. We also all had hot tea and our server gave us sugar and lots of lemon slices to use, and offered refills if we wished. For dessert, two of us enjoyed the cranberry orange cake which was served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. One of our party was celebrating a birthday, and our server brought him a brownie with whipped cream and a candle. Both the hostess and server were very cheerful and pleasant, and we all enjoyed having lunch here.

Delicious and fun holiday themed food and drinks, the decor is beautiful. But in our 9 years as a family, we have never spent so much on a dinner with 2 kids. Not at Disney, not on vacation. I think that would detour me from going back, honestly.

Our waitress was outstanding- the food delicious! We enjoyed our lunch greatly.

It was truly a vibe! The atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the service… everything exceeded our expectations! Special Thanks to Caleb who dealt with our shenanigans and was so attentive and patient. I am sure we will be back! My sisters and I had an amazing time! Thank you!
