Join us for a tasting or cocktail made with our grain to glass spirits. We do not have a kitchen, but you can bring your own food or order in. Enjoy a cocktail outdoors on our sunny patio (weather dependent, cold after sundown, must request in notes), watch the bartenders at work in our tasting room bar area, or relax in the upstairs cocktail lounge overlooking the distillery. Table assignements are made soley based on group size and availability. We are unable to accomodate small groups at larger tables due to our limited seating capacity. This wasn’t just a meal, this was an experience! Of course the food was amazing—uncomplicated and delicious! What topped it off was the service—the hostess was so attentive, checking in with me regularly. The chef himself came to the table to present two of the courses, kindly explaining them to me. Definitely request the tasting menu if you’re willing to spend a little extra!

Server Merve provided perfect service, knowledgeable of the menu and good at matching menu items with our taste and interest. The experience was delightful, food was excellent. Don’t forget to leave room for the chocolate moose cake! If you’re going to Char Stake House, do yourself a favor and ask to be seated in Merve’s section to ensure that you have the best possible experience Char can provide!

We were lucky to get seats at the chef’s table. The kitchen is well run and efficient. Food was excellent. Calamari was fresh and tender with a tasty aioli sauce accompanying the usual marinara. We had swordfish tacos - tasty grilled fish with fresh ingredients. The seafood risotto had generous amounts of lobster and shrimp with two seared scallops. Checking out at about $100 with tip for two this was a good value. BYOB.

This will definitely be in our regular rotation of DATE NIGHT. The food was good, drinks were good. Service was a little slower than I would like but not slow enough to take away from overall experience. Great place to chill with your mate or friends.
