I also asked for a warm spot to sit but we were seated during a windstorm by the windows with a roof covering that had quite a draft. My food got cold very quickly. I specifically asked for a warm spot to sit so this seems odd. It was okay for the first 15 minutes, but it was getting noticeably cold. I didn't want to move at that point because our food was there and I just don't like to cause a fuss. At the time of seating, the young lady said she could turn on the overhead heater, but that didn't happen, and nobody asked us. However, once we reached our table, Kiana was superb. She was an extremely attentive, interesting, knowledgeable server who found ways to engage with us and she made our whole dining experience feel special.
