From the arrival, you walk into a super warm and welcoming ambiance, just like walking into an old Italian mama’s house. We were guided to our table and served by the most amazing hostess you can hope for, and the extraordinary quality and taste infused in every bite was the most amazing culinary experience we had the privilege of enjoying since moving to Edmonton 12 years ago. Perfect wine pairings with our food, almost perfect timing between courses and seemed very knowledgeable about both the food and wine menu. My only critique, and I will admit it’s far from a deal breaker, is that old fashion me still expects my wife’s plate to be cleared only once we have both finished. This seems to be a lost nuance and perhaps an expectation I need to adjust.
