Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. I absolutely adore this spot! Definitely an underrated place for dinner. The food is fantastic, the sharing experience is collaborative sparking conversation, the interior is intimate and cozy, and the service is kind and helpful. The Christmas decorations really added a cozy and wonderful aspect to the entire dinner. This is not my first time as it is hard to not want to come back. My favorite dishes are the croquettes, garlic bread and the radiatori vodka. 10/10! My one slight disappointment would be in the inability to split the check. Otherwise fantastic!

This is one of our favorite places to go to. We have been there with friends who have never been to France and we assure them just how authentic it feels. I would highly recommend Once Upon a Time in France to anyone wanting to experience great French cuisine with a staff that is friendly, informative, and appreciative.
