Best Authentic Restaurants in Overland Park

Great good, a long wait even with a reservation and the service is always subpar. Maybe because we went around 9 but still would have liked more attention from our server.

Had a great time here and our server was excellent. It is loud and echoed a lot in there so sit close to your person to chat. The food was overall pretty good but the lamb was rather chewy and hard. The tortellini my wife got was great and the desert we shared was amazing. Definitely a nice spot for a night out.

We had a pre-Valentine’s Day dinner and it was very good. We started with an order of deviled eggs which could have been a meal on its own. We each opted for the three course meal, both choosing the sirloin. Our salads were fresh and plentiful, the steaks cooked to order (with a large serving of mashed potatoes) and asparagus. Surprisingly, we saved room for our desserts-crème brûlée cheesecake and brownie sundae. We left very full and happy that we chose Firebird's for the special occasion!

Came for my son’s 14th birthday. They had a great time. Service was great. Food was great and came out quickly and all together. Perfect place for dinner and a movie across the street!

Great food and service. We dine here often. They also have live music.
