The Wagyu beef tart was a wonderful combination of flavors, and the Lobster bisque was a comforting, smooth treat for our first course. For the second course, the NY Stripe steak with peppercorn gravy was so satisfying and rich. For dessert, Hubs was completely enchanted by the chocolate mousse, bursting with chocolate goodness, while the Strawberry cream cake evoked such sweet memories, showcasing the most exquisite strawberry flavor. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed, and the gentleman serving water was extremely thoughtful, refilling our drinks before we even had a chance to ask. The dark, sultry ambience set the perfect mood for our special night. Upon arrival, we were surprised with complimentary champagne, which was a lovely touch. Our server was fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable, making our evening even more enjoyable. We tried the Texas wagyu ribeye, which had great flavor, though it was a little undercooked in some parts. The cheesecake was tasty as well, but the bottom was still frozen, making it a bit challenging to enjoy. The hostesses, the bartender, the server teams, the support teams were all incredibly trained and excited to be at Catch. The design is amazing and the food was incredible.
