Salted Brick is open to the public and is located within the beautiful resort community at The Ocala Preserve.     I went in alone as I was traveling on business. It was a slow night, but the staff treated me as if I was a regular, very attentive and friendly staff. My server was extremely knowledgeable and made valuable suggestions The fried chicken was off the chain I grew up in Alabama, and this was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had If you ever in downtown Ocala go here it is worth it

    The filet mignon was absolutely cooked to perfection as it always is. We missed our former waiter, Jay, but had a nice young lady wait on us. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the asparagus was a little tough, but in the past it has been wonderful. Probably just a seasonal thing. We will be going back again next month with a large party!

    This was our first experience at elevation 89. I took my husband for his birthday. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was delicious. We cannot wait to go back for more.
