Personalized attention was excellent. We had a great dining experience and learned a lot about Italian cuisine at the same time! The lasagna was outstanding!

We started with Italian nachos that were nice and crispy. I had the fried eggplant appetizer with mozzarella cheese and red sauce and was very good. Someone else had the chicken w/angel hair pasta, artichoke hearts and a cream sauce and she waived about it. All 6 dinners were awesome with a nice bottle of red wine. We will all go back.

We had a great experience thanks to Lance, our server. He was very attentive and super helpful explaining the menu. The vibe of the restaurant is very cool plus the noise level makes it very easy to have conversations. Highly recommend.

Autumn is an absolute stitch and a great server. We throughly enjoyed her and her service.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Charter Steakhouse. We started with mussels followed by sirloin and filet. Excellent service.
