Best Pre-Theater Restaurants in El Cerrito

Food was so good and everyone was so nice! I asked for a booth and they adjusted my reso without question and did all they could to accommodate. Only "issue" was that at times it did get a tad bit too loud (maybe due to where we were sitting, no carpet on the floor in the section I was sitting in), but that's also what made the ambiance so fun and exciting! So really no complains. I would def go back again. PS - The Cod and the Duck were super yummy! They also have homemade Kombucha!

Had a great time! Server very nice although new. Prix Fix dinner was great value for us Senior Citizens!

There were 8 of us in our party. We were seated at along table in the back corner which kept us out of the humddrum of the rest of the restaurant. Overall though the room was quiet. The service was attentive and professional yet friendly. The food was good and the portions, generous. The gluten free/vegetarian options were minimal.

A nice quiet place slightly off the bustle of downtown Berkeley. Good value and a nice place to actually communicate instead of getting drowned out by too much noise.

Simply one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Great location, history, reputation, food and people! A must try!
