Best Fun Restaurants in Glenolden

Food was fantastic as always, but when I received my bill I noticed gratuity was added already. It was a table for 2. I have waited tables many years myself and I know for a fact that is not proper procedure. That was my 3rd time there, never happened before. For larger parties I understand that, but a table for 2???? Server obviously didn't think I would tip her appropriately. And yes I'm a black male. I usually tip 30%, but last she got what she asked for. Will not eat here again.

I was please with my dinner at Del Frisco's Grill being my first time dining there. A couple of things I wish were included on the restaurant week menu, the dinner did not come with a vegetable and ie I had the filet, mash potato that's it. Also and it did not come with any sauce nor was I offered any. When I ask staff about sauce for my filet mig. I was told they had seasoned butter (great) yet when I got my bill the tad of butter was $7! That's outrageous. Next, on the restaurant week menu 2 drinks were on the menu, the way it was presented it appeared that those drinks were part of special. I was surprise it was not. The staff should had informed us the drinks on the rest. week menu was a "suggestion" and NOT part of the meal. All drinks are extra

From start to finish. Wait staff,food both outstanding. Been meaning to try this place for a while. Restaurant week is a perfect opportunity. I will be returning. I found a real jewel.

Buca D’oro Ristorante was a pleasant surprise during Restaurant Week in January 2025. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. After a dinner party of five, I went back for lunch and it was just as good. I plan to make this restaurant a regular dining place for me. Lorraine C

Great spot whether you are going for a date night or kid friendly meal. Food is amazing, ambiance is lovely and staff very friendly. Plenty of space inside or outside!
