Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Carlstadt

The alderman was a great experience.the staff was extremely accommodating and understanding to our needs. Kara our server was a delight! She made sure we got to our show on time despite being late for our reservation.she also looked at countless pictures of our baby and for that we are thankful lol! Now the food everything we had was amazing no mark was missed I’m terms of taste and presentation. I would highly recommend the salmon and the hazelnut ice cream. 10/10 would recommend . I’ll Come back

I like the atmosphere of this place, and the staff really seem to care about your opinion of the experience. My wife and I go there on special occasions and during restaurant week when the fare is more affordable, but it's consistently good. The wine list might need some tweaking, but the rest works very well.

Never saw our waiter again after delivering first round of drinks, so never got a second round. Asked a couple of times to employees for water and finally at least received that. Poor job all around.

It's a hidden gem on the East side. Wonderful place to meet for drinks and light eats. Beautiful bar area and seating area with outstanding views of the East River. The noise level is quiet which making conversation enjoyable. The staff provided outstanding service. Highly recommend.

This experience was 3 star in every way. The service staff was gracious, attentive and helpful. Bread and breadsticks immediately served in true italian style. My cacio e pepe was cooked perfectly, al dente and with a sauce that was not at all gooey or pasty but rather light and sapporito. My caciatore was likewise prepared perfectly blending all tastes well. An overrall excellent experience
