Our group of friends always order the pohole salad, miso butterfish, chicken wings, steamed pork buns, bacon and eggs, hapa ramen, garlic noodles, pad Thai, Lahaina fried soup, Singapore noodles, and dim sum. I could keep going! Their desserts are great too. The only thing I would love even more is the option of having stuffed malasadas (with custard) instead of plain ones. That would be heaven for me, personally! The prices are very affordable and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Fantastic overall! Can’t wait to go there again. We’re so glad you reopened! Along with their wonderful warm baked bread it was more than enough for two people. We also got power favorite Pina. Colada cake as a dessert but decided to take it home with us to enjoy later. Another very wonderful dining experience at tommy bahamas. Our server, Greg, was very attentive and made a good suggestion for me to try a new beer on tap. Salad was great but the slow braised short ribs had just enough sear to the outside to give a slight crunch plus added flavor and then the meat itself just fell apart…. DELICIOUS! The carrots had such a great roasted taste with sweetness from the carrot-cooked perfectly. Lastly, the mash potatoes were heaven, the butter the garlic flavor with the most smooth silky mashed potatoes I have ever had!! This time, we split a salad and I had the Hawaiian Short Rib and my wife enjoyed “The Catch of the Day” Special. Both were excellent. The Pineapple Upside Down Cake for dessert topped off the meal in style. Our server was friendly and personable. She shared her story about running marathons which was very impressive.
