It’s a quaint spot but bustling with livelihood. Highly recommend this place!More infoCustomshopPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Elizabeth•4.9
- LLarryCharlotte •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWow! This place exceeded our high expectations. The ambiance was low key and classy. Our waiter Andrew was superb drinks were great. We split lobster cakes I had the Elk chops and wife had the salmon and both were done to perfection. Topped it off with peanut butter dessert that I can’t even describe but will have again. Serious 5 Stars!More infoThe Fig Tree Restaurant - Charlotte, NCPrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Elizabeth•4.8

The special menu had enough choices to have something for everyone, and the food was delicious and service was excellent. The prices were elevated for the Valentine’s Day , which I do understand. Gotta make that money . I get it. Some of the prices did seem excessive though. For example , one small crabcake (maybe 3 oz) was $19. The filet mignon offering looked like a pretty modest cut , maybe (5-6 oz precook). I guess I’m just saying for $100, per person , the food was very good , but I don’t know that I would say a great ‘value’. They definitely marked up for the holiday.More infoChurch and Union - CharlottePrice: Expensive• American• Uptown•4.6

The bruschetta was fantastic, but would have been spectacular if the bread had been fully toasted. Mushy on the bottom. The tomatoes on it were spectacular as was the olive oil powder. We had a good, crisp Cesar salad and shared the Cacio Pepe. We thought the sauce was perfect. Light and peppery but not stodgy. We didn’t care for the pasta, which was more like a heavy gnocchi. So much so that we asked if we had gotten the dish we ordered. Loved the feel of the place. The lights and open kitchen were fun. A big comfortable booths were nice. The wine pours were exceptional and the prices excellent. Very good value. Not noisy and very enjoyable. Definitely worth the trip!More infoAngeline'sPrice: Expensive• Italian• Uptown•4.5

The atmosphere was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting experience. Our server, Rebecca, was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and eager to make our evening special. She even took pictures for us and provided excellent food and drink recommendations. Even on a quieter Tuesday evening, the service was top-notch. I can’t wait to come back and try their brunch!More infoMariposaPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Uptown•4.5
