We took advantge of the specials....the Beef Wellington and Veal Parm were outstanding. Never a bad idea to finish with a great piece of chocolate cake. Service was exceptional, all around A+ dining experience.More infoblue grillhousePrice: Expensive• Steak• Bethlehem•4.8

The servers are attentive and helpful, the bartenders and chefs are top notch, and we've never ordered anything off their pleasing menu we didn't love. Their pastaless lasagna (a vegetarian dish) is the best I've ever had anywhere (and I'm not even vegetarian.) Their homemade whole grain bread is outstanding (as is the seasoned olive oil they serve as an accompaniment) and we always enjoy their shellfish, cocktails and seafood, too. Plus, they're open all day, for those who like later lunches and they have a great dog-friendly outdoor seating area with heaters for cooler days. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I do so wish they'd bring back their delectable mushroom tacos and continue the vegan menu they offered last month, as we have many vegan friends we'd like to invite. That said, they are very accommodating about making adjustments to existing offerings where they can. Oh, and fabulous cocktails and wine menu too.More infoMediterraPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Princeton•4.7

Our server, Karen was awesome! It’s obvious that she loves her job! She gave us some great recommendations and all were delicious! We had the scallops appetizer. The scallops were large and fresh! My husband had the salmon and I had the cod. Both very tasty and cooked to perfection! Karen asked me if I had any allergy to cheese since it was in the sauce. They made my cod to order with just a little butter and it was perfect! We ended our meal with the incredibly flavorful French pressed coffee and the s’mores dessert. Karen went above and beyond to make our experience special. We will be back, and we hope to get Karen as our server again!More infoBlack Bass HotelPrice: Expensive• International• Lumberville•4.7
