Amazing!! Best dinner I’ve ever had! We went on Valentine’s & had never been there before. The pre-fix dinner was four courses. I chose the shrimp cocktail for my first course (the biggest shrimp I’ve ever seen!!). For my second course, I chose a pasta with shrimp. For my third course, I chose the scallops over a cheesy sort of rice (again, biggest/best scallops!!). For dessert, we were given a pink heart filled with chocolate mouse & raspberry. We were also given two giant chocolate strawberries. The dinner was wonderful!! Also, when we arrived, I was given a beautiful long stem red rose. We chose to eat outside, on the deck, so it was quieter. Inside seemed a bit too loud for a romantic dinner. It was beautiful outside, overlooking the pool/lighted lawn area. The service was also wonderful!! This is the first review I’ve ever written, if that tells just how amazing the experience was!

First visit to Ocean Prime Orlando. We’ve been to the Manhattan location many times. Our first visit did not disappoint. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere! Wonderful Valentines’ Day experience.

From the moment we stepped inside the high-scale boutique hotel that houses this gem, we were captivated. The ambiance exudes elegance and class, the lobby itself is a work of art, and the signature scent in the air? Absolutely divine. It sets the stage for an evening of indulgence. Then came the food. The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness. But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the elegance and class of the lady owner, who is always present, ensuring perfection. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant. And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect. Salt & the Cellar isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From the breathtaking ambiance to the meticulous attention to detail, it’s a place that lingers in your mind long after you leave. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on one of the finest dining experiences imaginable. And when you go? Ask for Paul. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Orlando. We have eaten at a lot of the top restaurants around the Disney area and beyond, and we truly feel that Ceiba was the best. Food was phenomenal, atmosphere is gorgeous, and service was top rate (Mimi was superb). We will definitely return to try more of the menu!!
