Outstanding Service from Waiter L! I had the pleasure of dining with a large group of 13, and Waiter L went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, they handled our table with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm attitude that made us feel truly welcome. Despite the challenge of serving such a large group, Waiter L was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full, our orders were accurate, and any special requests were met with a smile. His ability to manage multiple orders seamlessly while maintaining a friendly and engaging demeanor was truly impressive. The level of service provided made our meal not just enjoyable but memorable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. The food was incredible from start to finish and our waitress was amazing too. Whipped ricotta, meatballs, gem salad, and butternut & mascarpone was to die for. The bartender struggled. It seemed like he may have been new but it took me 10 minutes or more to get a drink at the bar after I ordered it.

Took my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day and our waiter ham, yes that’s his name ham, was polite funny and a overall great person, food was incredibly good , best steak fajita tacos I’ve had and we will definitely coming back

Walked in, I was greeted in a very professional manner by a nice man. I was then walked to a table with my date, and then served water by a server. After this a separate server was explaining the menu to us, and we were told the most popular items. After given some time we put our order in and received our appetizer in a very timely manner. Shortly after finishing that, we then got our entrees, both delicious and extremely fresh. I might even say that in my 18 years of living this is the best meal I’ve ever had in my life, and I’m not even joking. We were then given a box (food was boxed for us and I didn’t even realize because the server we had was so quick and efficient). After this we got donuts and affogato and again, I was pleased to discover the dessert was just as good as the meal. 10/10 experience, setting was amazing, food was delicious, service was exemplary. Will definitely be back.

Food and service was outstanding. The bright light atmosphere was not as relaxing. The noise level was louder than I expected. In comparison to our favorite celebration dinner venues I’d have to say I prefer those over Jeff Ruby. Those venues are Capital Grill and Jags.
