At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

    Before coming to SushiKai I didn’t like raw sushi, this place completely changed my mind. The fish is so fresh it’s life changing honestly. It’s 100% worth the price for an experience like no other. The chefs are really friendly also and will chat while prepping the food. Definitely booking again.

    Felina in Ridgewood is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, stylish, and inviting. Every dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavor, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The cocktails are equally impressive—creative, well-balanced, and delicious.     Overall, a VERY NICE experience was had by our dinner party! This was our fourth visit to the restaurant and they continue to deliver good food, great drinks, and great service! The only call out we had this visit was the EXTREMELY LOUD party by the bar who were watching a game on the television- they should have been more respectful to the remaining restaurant patrons, especially on a Friday night! At the end of the day, minus the noisy patrons, our dinner party were pleased with our experience.
