- JJohnMobile •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMy wife and I went for a chill easy dinner at 8 on a Saturday. It was loud if you like that. I don’t mind it but it’s hard to talk across a table without yelling and feeling like the table next to you was in on it… I know that’s how it is a t a lot of newer places but that’s my only downside. The service ,food, price was on point and the building is really cool. We got a pizza, salad, and split at bowl of mussels- overall greatMore infoBrick Pizza Co.Price: Expensive• American• Bristol•4.6

We had gone to a movie at the Jane Pickens theater and wanted to walk to dinner. Our reservations was for 7:00. When we entered there were many empty tables so we had the staff's full attention. We had a nice table on the ground floor but two seats were leaning against a cold stone wall - it was a windy night and the wall was a bit drafty. We ordered a bottle of wine and a few appetizers - delicious, oysters were okay, Brussel sprouts very good. Main courses were hearty portions, I could have shared. my bolognese with another person, others did share the pork chop. The wait staff was very attentive, the food arrived in a timely manner and the atmosphere kicked up as groups of people arrived - espresso martinis were their drink of choice!!! We would all go back to B&B another time - good food, great service and an okay wine list. Just what we wanted on a chilly, windy night.More infoBar and BoardPrice: Expensive• American• Newport•4.3

The Pasta Bolognese was one of the best I’ve had. Kudos on another great meal. More infoBlue Anchor GrillPrice: Expensive• American• Portsmouth•4.8

Mostly we enjoy it - last night was a little off . Ambience was off - bright lights / all table party’s crammed next to each other even though there were open tables throughout the restaurant . The food was off / first was told no lobster tails / then told they found some - found some ? And they were dark in color and not great . The statler chicken was good and always a tasty staple - but sweet potatoes were cold not cooked all the way . I thought our waitress was very good even though our coffee was forgotten . I don’t usually mind paying a price if it’s worth it last night was not a great night at the Reef .More infoThe ReefPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Newport•4.3
