I did upcharge for the aged NY Strip which was cooked perfectly. I think they cook the steaks sous vide then sear based on how it's presented. I ordered old fashioneds and our waitress Ashley had great knowledge of the bourbon that they carried which was appreciated. Anna Agosta was the live performance who was great. The overall experience was great, and memorable so much that I think I want every dinner to have a talented live act. Only criticism was the steak knives...they were pretty dull. They might benefit if they switched to a serrated edged that doesn't need to be maintained as often. I didn't notice it as much on my NY Strip bc it came sliced however my wife's tenderloin wasn't and she struggled a bit. The cuts of meat presented very nicely it was unfortunate that the steak had to be torn apart to be consumed. We had such a great time and were well entertained with the burlesque show with Ruby Spencer, that we would gladly return.More infoUntitled Supper ClubPrice: Expensive• American• River North (Chicago)•4.5
