Great food and atmosphere. I highly recommend it if you’re in the KC area.

The food, service and overall experience was excellent! We had the Moderna salads with truffle bread to start. And had the shrimp pasta and halibut for main course. Both were very very good. We brought our daughter who is 2 and a half years old and the service was accommodating and really sweet with her. They made a mushroom pizza with a little red sauce for her and she loved it! This is our favorite restaurant in Kansas City.

The food was amazing, my only regret was I waited too long to order and they ran out of prime rib. It hurt a little but the filet was amazing, prepared perfectly. We ordered the crab bisque which was simply delectable. Could have eaten a gallon of it but they didn’t have gallon bowls. So delicious, will be going again soon.

Wonderful food and beautiful dishes. Very nice wine and beverage selections. It was very noisy last night and the place was full. Love this place and looking forward to coming back.

My ultimate test for a restaurant is if it randomly pops in my head weeks later as I relish the memory of the meal & experience. Wandering Vine at The Castle meets that test. I am still thinking about the savory bone-in pork chop with demi-glace sauce, the decadent chestnut mushrooms, and the perfectly intense cocoa of the layered chocolate cake. I'm not going to lie, a part of me anticipates huge disappointment for every sad attempt of pork chops or chocolate cake from any other restaurant here after until I can return. Congratulations to the chef, owner and staff for creating and sharing a truly remarkable dining experience at The Castle!
