- DDeanChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis place is a gem and they have by far, some of the best food in the area. The ribs are PHENOMENAL and everything else on the menu is fantastic, but also very affordable. The ambiance is excellent as well and the staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic.More infoReserve 22Price: Moderate• American• Glen Ellyn•4.7

- RRichardVIPChicago / Illinois •21 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI eat at this restaurant quite often….However, last night (Valentine’s Day) the restaurant was packed and I received some of the best service I have ever gotten there!! Danalia was our server and she was tremendous! The entire staff ran like a well oiled machine! Not one of the managers were standing around….all of them were running food, bussing tables, wiping up the floor….in short, leading by example!! It was such a pleasure dining there and witnessing was great service looked like. WELL DONE!More infoBub City - RosemontPrice: Moderate• American• Rosemont•4.5

- WWilliamSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went for Valentine’s Day and it didn’t go well at all. We went for steaks but they were out and didn’t tell us until we ordered. The chef found a couple rib eyes which was great. Unfortunately they served our steak to another table and I sat for 2 hours while my other half ate. It was awkward just sitting there watching everyone eat. I have to admit the restaurant owned the issue, apologized profusely, comped the whole meal and gave me a $200 gift certificate. I had my meal wrapped up when it finally came and we left. I understand things happen and I’m very happy how they handled it. The steak was delicious when I finally ate it at home. In other news, it was LOUD and the communal tables put people on top of each other but a couple next to us was our biggest champion getting comped.More infoThe PublicanPrice: Expensive• American• West Loop•4.7
