The Top Of the World at the STRAT was one of the best meals I've had overall. The short ribs were tender, and full of flavored, the shaved Brussels Sprout salad was crisp and fresh with the perfect level of cheese and dressing, the ribeye steak was fantastic, tender, and delicious. I can say it has been the best meal so far I've had in Vegas. The view at sunset is spectacular and worth getting there at 4:00pm in late November to see the sun set over the mountains. The service was perfect.

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious. Matt was the coolest waiter! He definitely is a natural with making sure we were attended to throughout the dinner. This dinner experience was on a whole other level! The tasting menu was the best food experience I’ve ever had! The food was beyond delicious and the drinks were amazing! I recommend the tasting menu to people who want to experience this Michelin restaurant! Coming back in May!
