Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. The stunning restaurant, which is the first of its kind in South Jersey, will transport guests to the Greek Islands with an atmosphere reminiscent of an inviting Mediterranean home, and a menu of authentic specialties, simply prepared, that represent the best of Greek cuisine. The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. We have created a welcoming restaurant designed with the comforts of a typical Greek home. We used materials such as hand-chiseled Jerusalem limestone floors, hand woven rugs, vaulted ceilings, antiqued stucco walls, wood plank floors and exposed wood beams to evoke the traditional atmosphere. A series of dining areas feature rustic farm tables, dark wood chairs with beige cushions and dining nooks with upholstered banquettes. The homelike ambience is accentuated with whitewashed walls.

    Took a friend there for dinner. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my friend had the plank salmon. Both meals were prepared in an excellent way, absolutely delicious, and served in a timely manner. Our server was gracious, efficient, friendly, and made the evening a joy. This is one of my favorite restaurants and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

    Every dish was a masterpiece. To start, we had the bacon wrapped dates (my server insisted that I'd love them although I'm not a dates fan), which was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. They were incredibly delicious. TheLolly Pop Lamb Chops was the highlight of the meal—cooked to perfection, with each bite better than the last. The flavors were bold and fresh, showcasing the chef's commitment to quality ingredients and expert preparation. We had a recommended Spanish wine that was also incredible. The service was attentive and also terrific. Great dining experience at Amada. BTW, I've been there before and insist that lamb lolly pops are best in Philly
