Best Cozy Restaurants in Royal Oaks

We love this neighborhood bistro and were happy to introduce our neighbors to it. The food is always great and the wine selection is wonderful.

The bone in NY was prepared perfectly to medium rare, my two colleagues had equally delicious prime ribeyes, each to thier liking and another had a fish of some sort, which he enjoyed. Excellent service. Perfect timing. The table side bannas foster was also fun!

From the time we entered the parking lot to the time we left, everything was outstanding. There was adequate parking available (not always the "norm" for a restaurant such as this). The staff was amazing. The restaurant itself was very nice with a great atmosphere. Rolando was our waiter and he was outstanding. The food was absolutely superb. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will be back.

Great meal and quiet enough to talk and be heard. As many here have noted, the restaurant itself is a bit dated, and our waitress didn’t seem to understand the menu, but the steaks and sides made up for it. The filet and seafood dishes were perfectly prepared.

I really enjoyed the Wednesday night special that comes with a complimentary charcuterie spread for a group of 4 or more ladies. The drinks were wonderful and the ambiance was really great. We had the owner as our server and she was so sweet checking in on us to make sure we had what we needed. I loved that we had couches and a private area. It is nice to go somewhere for drinks that has proper seating for catching up. The music was not over powering to where we couldn't hear one another speaking. The front entry is actually an adorable candy shop and there is FREE CANDY! It was an extremely nice treat. Drink prices were fair for the times we are in. Bathroom were cute and each stall had its own sink. Great touch. There was a cute photo opp with the mirrors in the bathroom corridor as well. With a little lighting, it would be amazing!
