Best French Restaurants in Renfrew / Collingwood

Creative and excellent French-Mexican fusion, with very interesting flavours. Reasonably priced wines. Attentive service. Very much enjoyed. Only issue is the space might be a little more welcoming, seems a little plain, despite the soaring ceiling and lots of exposed wood. Maybe add a big flower display in the room?

A great location with wonderful views of the harbour and mountains. The service was excellent. We were impressed with the lobster bisque with a crab and scallop base which was very favourable and a delightful presentation. The main course of beef tenderloin with short rib Ragu lacked flavour and in my opinion not a good quality. The desserts were impressive in presentation and delish…... Overall a rather enjoyable experience. Staff very. 💕 accomodating and friendly.

As well as the excellent service and cuisine, I particularly enjoy the ambiance in the restaurant at night when it is dark outside. The dining room lighting is kept dim and the individual table lights give just enough warm indirect task lighting to the table top. So you can have a cozy dim ambiance for the room and are able to read the menu and see the meal. Ambiance is as important as the cuisine to me.

Our waitress, Jennifer, was great. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Appreciated the restaurant allowiing my friend and I to stay awhile.

The restaurant did not get our OpenTable booking, but despite this they took excellent care of us, giving us a drink at the bar while they created a new table for us! The manager and her staff were amazing!
