- DDavidSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFrom start to finish the service was great. Allotted plenty of time to peruse the menu. Answered questions and made good recommendations on pairing of appetizers with entrees. Perfectly timed the food service in accordance with our dining pace. A very comfortable atmosphere. The high ceilings and architecture facilitate the dampening of noise within the restaurant. Will return for sure.More infoJulia's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French• Berkeley•4.8
- Mmarie-helenevipSan Francisco Bay Area •115 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoVery good French bistro in San Francisco! Small lunch menu, not cheap but authentic French dish. Pain Bagnat was excellent; remind me my childhood. Highly recommended for a stop when walking on Embarcadero water front.More infoBon DelirePrice: Expensive• French• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
- EErikavipSan Francisco Bay Area •30 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went to Reve to celebrate the birthday of a friend, and it was a perfect place to have a special occasion dinner. The service was outstanding, the food was quite good, and the ambiance is homey, warm, and quiet enough to hold a conversation.More infoRevePrice: Very Expensive• French• Lafayette•4.9
- JJessicaSan Francisco Bay Area •10 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOne of my favorite spots especially for the Tuna Nicoise Salad. It’s a large enough serving to split in half. I took half home. It was loaded with flavor from the blend of tomatoes, avocado, olives, haricots verts, Yukon gold potatoes, mixed greens, and of course the rare tuna. Delicious! The service was very attentive and personable.More infoLeft Bank - Jack London SquarePrice: Moderate• French• Oakland•4.4
- EElaine or DerekDenver / Colorado •66 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 24, 2024This was our second time coming to O' by Claude le Tohic a couple of days ago and it won't be our last. As with our previous visit the experience from start to finish was terrific. I had the 9 course option and and my wife the 5 course and both were superbly put together and delivered with extraordinary service. Rather than go into all the food, which is covered by other reviews, we wanted to celebrate the incredible people who make it happen. From the moment we walked in, Kevin at the front door was welcoming. Marc the Maitre d'Hotel was hugely accommodating and was kind enough to take us on a tour after dinner of the various kitchens that make up the several businesses Chef Claude has there. It was stunning to see. We were professionally assisted by Jasmine, Venron, Joaquin and Jeremy with the wines. They were always there when you needed something as one might expect from a Michelin starred restaurant but one does not always get, or gets too much. Chef Claude who comes out of the kitchen to greet his guests is a very engaging guy. I do agree that the wines on the list are very expensive but there is ample choice and reasonably priced options by the glass. We eat at many Michelin starred restaurants as we travel extensively and O' by Claude le Tohic is as good as any of them and better than most. We will be back.More infoO' by Claude Le TohicPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Downtown / Union Square•4.8
