Perry’s on the Embarcadero is a sleek waterfront outpost of the Union Street original, following the same combination of all-American favorite fare and comfortable, welcoming service that Perry’s first made a San Francisco hallmark in 1969. The décor is warm – murals reminiscent of the memorabilia made famous on Union Street, combined with exposed brick walls, a wood-burning fireplace and breathtaking views of the Bay and the Bay Bridge.

Perry’s is known today, as much as ever, for its classic American food, its warm personable service and its fun, bustling bar. Perry's traditional yet innovative menu includes a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, pastas, steaks and grilled fresh fish. Went with 2 of my friends for lunch and we had a lovely booth. My friends had salads and I had a burger with chips. All the food was great and the service was good as well. A great place!

This is always our go-to place after we go to a talk at Commonwealth Club. A great way to end the evening. They make a killer chopped salad!

What a lively and fun place to eat! We had six of us plus a baby and a four month old puppy. We sat out on the front patio with Bay bridge in our sites. Very consistent food, friendly service, just a really nice place to hang out and catch up with loved ones. We sat there for a couple hours or more and no one hassled us to get moving.

Our server treated us so well on Valentine’s day. With quick service and a beautiful view, we definitely recommend and will be coming back! Also the food was great and not too pricey.

I dine at Perry's in Marin County often. Friends were visiting from France and staying in SF, so I made reservations at Perry's SF / Embarcadero. Did not disappoint, Pleasant restaurant, good food and wonderful service.
