    A really memorable venue. Outstanding service, food offerings, and presentation. My wife's sea bass and my beef short ribs were incredible. You can expect a wonderful dining experience at Pelican Grill, but prepare yourself to pay for the quality.

    Ambiance is beyond beautiful but the food was incredibly disappointing in that is had no flavor. My dad got the lamb rack and I got the beef short rib with Brussel sprouts. Both dishes were bland and tasteless.

    DO NOT COME HERE! Terrible experience, we were sat down and our waiter poured us glasses of water and was never to be seen again. Another waiter had to take our order after 30 minutes of waiting and not once did they bother to come check on us throughout the whole night. They came to take our finished dishes and didn’t even bother to refill our empty cups with water. Keep in mind I also had to wait 20 minutes before I flagged down a waiter for my check. You would think they would be quick to give me the check at least but nope. I watched other tables get excellent service and quick response times but I expect nothing less from an establishment like this.

    Food was excellent, service was generally good but a few issues: The person clearing the table was clumsy...holding plates and utensils withing 6" of my head while piling more plates onto to the stack. We had reservations for 6:45, arrived 10 minutes early and weren't seated until 7:15. Poor management of the seating? My family was aware of our dinner reservations and had made arrangements (with their credit card) for a special gift to be offered to us at our table. It didn't happen, the staff made no mention of my famiiy's arrangements.
