Founded in 1913, this family-run, Italian-Creole restaurant is located in uptown New Orleans. It is famous for creating barbecued shrimp.

This neighborhood restaurant is vintage New Orleans, from the service to the decor. The oyster bar is always manned by a friendly shucker. The oysters are fresh, salty, and delicious.

The old time oyster bar and cocktail bar offers raw oysters on the half shell and all types of cocktails. We offer fine seafood, Italian specialties, and delicious steaks.

In 2023, Dickie Brennan & Co. welcomed Pascal's Manale into their restaurant family.

We love Pascale’s Mansle, but the noise level in the dining room makes conversation at the table almost impossible. It is also very difficult to communicate with the server because of the noise level. The food is excellent but they really need to address the noise level.

Only complaint is that the main entree took an unusually long time to arrive. Food excellent as always

Pascal Mansles is outstanding. the barbecue Shrimp is unbelievable and the grilled redfish was scrumptious. Highly recommend for a traditional New Orleans feast. Don’t forget the bread pudding.

We like the food and service, it’s just the dining room was FREEZING. So we moved to the bar to eat which was fine as football was on.

Having eaten at Pascal's Manales years ago we thought it'd be fun to try it under new management. We've enjoyed many of the other restaurants owned now by the Brennan conglomerate. However, the food here was sub-par. It was as if the Chef was still cooking the way the restaurant did 40 years ago - old Italian-American standard fare - heavy breaded or sauced, fried dishes. After being informed that the Oysters Rockefeller used celery as its main topping and not the classic spinach used at all other restaurants I chose another dish. My Oysters Bienville was heavily mounded, dull topping over the poor oysters. Very disappointing. Then I had the Crabmeat & Scallops main dish. The dish was not very hot and I barely saw or tasted any crabmeat in that dish. Guess if chose incorrectly. My two companions had the Veal Gambero which they found to be typical fried encrusted veal which was tasty in a fried-food kind of way. The shrimp that accompanied it were good. We felt very welcomed by staff greeting us and the service was terrific, The main dining room where we were seated was lively with several families with kids and other groups and the bar we entered and exited through was very busy.
