        Food was amazing. Ambience was good, not great. Expected more from looking at the Instagram pics. Service was poor. Very slow and inattentive. It was as if we were an afterthought. The igloo wasn't heated up when we got there. Two of the vent flaps were still standing open letting cold air in. From the time we were seated, we waited 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Ordered a $50 fondue plate as part of our meal and ran out of cheese to dip in halfway through the tray. We rented the space for 1 hr and 45 minutes and the waiter didn't serve us promptly enough to even ask if we wanted dessert. We had to move to a different location to eat our dessert. Could've been a magical evening if the server had treated us as more of a priority than an afterthought. As it stood, due to the poor service, despite the outstanding food, the experience was below average and not worth the over $200 bill we paid.

        I had not been to Park Café in a while, and it was just as delicious now as it was with my past experience. The ambience was wonderful as we were next to the fireplace. I do wish the two person tables were a bit larger though. The food was delicious. Service was great. It was a wonderful way to celebrate her birthday.

        Our food and the coffee was lukewarm. I think because we had a waiter who probably needs to be doing something else for his occupation.

        My daughter and I had lunch at Park Cafe for the first time. We were warmly greeted and sat promptly. Our waiter approached us immediately welcoming us to Park Cafe. We started with Duo of pimento cheese dip and hummus. The best pimento cheese dip we have ever had! Lunch entrees were wonderful and the $5 special cocktail offerings were delicious. Recommend Park Cafe highly. I know we’ll be back.
