   Pampa is definitely an experience. The food is fantastic but the wait staff feel very unpolished.

   When I go to Pampa, my focus is on the meat, and traditional foods like rice and feijoada with farofa, Brazilian cheese bread, Caipirinha or Guarana. I love their salad bar variety, but in Rodizio, I stick with their specialty, that's what I am there for. Delicious, and good value when you consider the variety of meats, and salad bar offerings. As for the service, I have never been disappointed, it's always great, and I enjoy that you can indicate if you want to keep the meat coming or you need a stop.

   The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Took my partner there for her Birthday and she loved it. It is a different style of eating but worth it. Will have to diet now

   We opted for a la carte for lunch. We had salad, steak, and shrimp. The salads were great, especially the broccoli salad. The steak was good, but could use some sauce or au jus. The shrimp were also good, but need more of a punch of lime. The house wine is good and reasonably priced. Service is friendly and helpful. Indoor parking is a nice benefit in winter.

   Thank you Julia! We do have a selection of sauces at the salad bar, such as Chimichurri, Papaya Hot Sauce, Red Wine Vinegar Horseradish, and the mint dressing which is spectacular with the lamb.     The service was spectacular and food was amazing as always. Only thing is that it tends to be quite loud and a bit harder to have conversations. But overall a fantastic experience.
