   Everything was amazing the food excellent but at the bar was bad there were no bartenders and we had to wait a lot for a drink but there was a lady there and she was amazing and made us great drinks she rocked💜

   Food is very sub par. Nothing makes it stand out. Medium well steak was sent out medium. ONE shrimp with the steak and shrimp dinner. Not a very good Valentine Day dinner.

   My main concern about this place is the main bartender. Worst I have ever seen in my life. Yes, very busy and short staffed but she wouldn't even acknowledge us or say hello for 30 min. When we tried to flag her down, she literally yelled at us and said she will be with us when she can. But then is doing miscellaneous clean up instead of attending to customers. She was not helping customers in a 1st come 1st serve order. She was definitely prioritizing some regulars. Then I started noticing at least 4 other couples around the bar were having issues with their check and in each case, it took a lot of time to resolve, only adding to the already slow service. At least the drinks were stiff. As for the food it was good, but the portion sizes are ridiculously small. Beautiful place but we don't be back.

   We had a great time here as always. We have been coming here for the past three years on Valentine’s Day. The food, drinks and service were amazing. Can’t wait to go back again.

   What an incredible Valentine’s Day Dinner!!! Food, ambiance, and service next to none! Very romantic! Love the booths. It reminds us of the old supper clubs. Awesome!

   We had a wonderful brunch with friends on Sunday morning! It’s a nice upscale brunch spot with a fabulous buffet. Lovely place to meet with friends or family!

   After an initial oversight by the staff they recovered nicely. All the food and service was very good. My roast duck was as expected and wife’s chicken was tender and juicy. We will go back.

    Palm Court is and has been one of my very favorite places, often underrated, in my opinion. On this occasion, I made a reservation for the "main dining room - standard." The only other option was "Other - Standard." We (four of us) arrived early to have a round in the bar and, upon seeing there would be live music, we asked then if we could move our reservation to one of the bar booths. The very nice young lady at the front desk let me know those were already booked for the evening. I let her know I was unaware those could be booked at all, certainly wasn't clear on open table. She said it's best to call for those. We proceeded to the bar to have our round of cocktails. The bartender was quick, if a bit surly because we were apparently taking too long, but she warmed up. When asked what they had on tap, she asked "what do you like?" A tap list should be readily available, in my opinion. The drinks were good. They called us from the front for our table and seated us in what is the private event space. It's nice enough, but it's not why I go to Palm Court (I go there for the atmosphere, the large, private booths and intimate lighting). The lights and music were loud, the tables fairly far apart (not an intimate feeling). The lights were turned down and then up again and then down again. The food was generally good and of good value. The dinner salad that accompanied the entree, however, was a plate of plain lettuce -that's it. My walleye was excellent, chicken dishes were reportedly good as well. Overall, the menu is great, a lot of choices, with a plentiful wine list, etc. Peter, who has served us more than once, was awesome as usual - pleasant, helpful and responsive. In fact, interactions with all wait staff (with the possible exception of the bartender) were very pleasant. I will still go back to Palm Court, but it might be difficult getting my friends to go back, unfortunately.
