   Incredible. Food quality was sterling. Sauces were especially flavorful and wonderfully paired with the food. Service was textbook ideal. We could not have asked for better service or better food. A splendid dining experience.

   There are much better places for service and food. Pay a little more and go to Rosebud. Steak was undercooked and instead of starting a new one they overcooked and dried out the same piece. Burned crust and very gritty texture on the key lime pie...it was the worst I have had. The general manager didn't really care. Will not return.

   Our server, Angel, was fantastic and provided excellent information on the food items we were considering. She was attentive and full of positive attitude, which we truly appreciated on Christmas Day. We’ll be back.

   Granted I was there on Xmas Eve, so it was busy. But the service was not great. Waiter charged wrong credit cards. The fillets were way under cooked. They were definitely in a big hurry to turn the tables - so rushed us to finish.

   Food was cool and not warm. Onion soup had a strong soy sauce taste and pungent. Service was good Disappointed from our past experiences at the Palm Court

   We always have a great experience of Palm Court. Love the decorations love the festive feeling everyone who works there is fantastic. We had Lauren, last night as our server and she was wonderful thank you for all and we will be back.!!! Food was delicious!

   Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. My husband and I both had work and needed and nice place with great ambiance,food, service and the Palm Court exceeded are expectations !!!

   Where this is normally fabulous, I will be sure to avoid it and their holiday menu!!! Over priced and mediocre compared to their normal fare. The Filet Mignon was excellent but pretty much everything else was not up to the usual Palm Court standard. The bus staff was excellent!!! We will certainly be back as we Love this place. Just never again for the holidays.

    Pleasant experience. Excellent service and delicious food specially Beef Wellington and French Onion soup. Would come back again and I highly recommend.
