    Ive been going to Palisade since I was a young child and it did not live up to its reputation today. I planned an end of year lunch for my work team but it didn’t deliver. The service was too slow for the lunch rush and the server seemed disinterested in our presence. The food, was bland and uninspired—far below the standard for an upscale dining experience. The lobster roll in particular left sooo much to be desired and I would not recommend it. The ambiance was great for white table cloth and the amazing views expected, but it couldn’t make up for the lackluster service and forgettable flavors. For the price, I expected much more and left feeling disappointed and embarrassed that my colleagues were unimpressed.

    This was my second time here and the record has yet to disappoint me! The views, the food, the wine and cocktails are all so delicious, perfectly served to you. I will be returning again and again :)

    Servers don’t seem quite sure what to do. Need to ask for pretty much everything - serving spoons, silver wear, menus, etc

    Extremely disappointing experience for a “fine dining” restaurant specifically due to the service. The server was pleasant, but did not fulfill expectations of a fine dining experience. Extremely slow to even be acknowledged at the table once seated, was short one menu, extremely slow to take order after finally being acknowledged, slow to receive beverages, did not offer bread, did not automatically bring ice bucket for champagne, did not refill champagne for guests glasses… could add more, but probably enough said. Beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous view and the food as good. A shame that the service is not up to par.

    Thanksgiving menu deal was great value at outatanding quality. The portion size was good and it delivered on taste. Staff are cheerful and helpful
