The service at the bar was outstanding. The female bartender was very friendly, upbeat, energetic and knowledgeable. The kitchen staff overcooked my steak, but I was given half off. I also received my drink on the house and a free dessert so ORO made it right. It was a very pleasant experience due to being a Sunday. I was able to watch a game and enjoy the food in peace. Like I said, ordered medium rare + and received it “well-done”. Top shelf, margarita and bread pudding was on the house. Overall 4 Stars!

The food was really good. The waiter was not very good. If it wasn't for the bartender, we would have never been waited on, gotten our food or the bill. The waiter seemed to have blinders on and needs to look for a new profession.

All around horrible experience. Waitress was the rudest I have ever encountered in a restaurant anywhere. AC was not working. Drinks were served in bottles and plastic cups because they were “too busy” which was not the case at all. Food was mediocre at best. Never will return again.

Overall food experience was fair. But nowhere at the time that we made the reservation did we know that it was Buffet style. It was disappointing for our party of eight. Our seating area was awkward, as they placed us out in the lobby for a party of eight they said could not accommodate? Odd. Imagine walking back and forth in your evening gown high heels to the open lobby area with your food. Our reservation had been made with ample time, informative of the party size, so this did not make sense. Never did I see that we could not have been accommodated in the restaurant as we were 1st party there..

Restaurant didn’t have our reservations and the service was slow as well as the restaurant. Our order arrived with the salad, which was thimble sized. The meal was slightly warm and nothing as to what we ordered. I will never go back.

Overall it was a little pricey. Not very crowded for Christmas brunch. Had no wait time getting seated other than waiting to check in. Service was good. Some of the food items were cold. Very limited selection. As I said earlier it was a little pricey for the most part.

5 pc of thin small prime rib about a number 2 on a slicer - 6 poached shrimp - 4 piece of cheese slices - a slice of french toast and 2 glasses of soda - My wife had glass of wine and some dry salmon plus a salad and we split some chocolate cake 64.95ea Plus an unstated 25 dollar gratuity + glass of wine Could have had better for the cost - From the head count they really raked in the money - On the plus side It was a wonderful time spent with my beautiful wife regardless of the cost or food which is the only thing that matters .
