   Security was rude to start with downstairs, no signs or anything to guide you to the restaurant. Paid to eat with a view but got sat in the middle and couldn’t see a thing until complained and got moved. Food was mediocre at best, wouldn’t recommend not worth the value

   Everything about the dining experience was great accept for the service from our waitress. We had purchased the dining package, which also included the tip. We saw our waitress a grand total of 4 times during the dinner. The wait staff, however was amazing! We instead gave them the extra tip!

   ONEderful experience!! Views & dining experience, A+! Highly recommend going around 4 pm then to dinner. Pay for priority ;)

   We wanted the experience. The view is spectacular. Staff was courteous and professional. It’s busy at Christmas time but no long waits. We had drinks, snacks and desserts. Not overly expensive for such a beautiful view and New York. Nisha our server was great.

   I went here for me and my girlfriend’s 2 year anniversary and it was an amazing experience. Dinner with such an amazing view of the city and the food was outstanding. Definitely would recommend going there.

   The dining package was totally worth it. The view is unparalleled, and the food was quite tasty. Would and have recommend.

    My family was visiting from England & this was their Christmas wish to have dinner here so I made it happen. What a let down. Seated 20 minutes after our reservation time waited 45 minutes to get our drinks, one of which we had to go get ourselves from the bar because the server forgot to bring it.. Type 1 diabetic was ensured their drink was diet but it was regular soda. 5 out of 7 appetizers arrived after 50 minutes the other 2 took a further 10 minutes later (after speaking to the manager.) One Charcuterie was missing the focaccia bread. Medium Steak turned up well done, having already been sat for an hour & a half we decided to just eat it. 2 & half hours after being seated we were offered desert only 2 options available. Told bar was closed before we’d even finished our main course. When clearing the table the server spilled half a glass of champagne on a member of our party but was more concerned about his shoes that got splashed no apology or anything. Manger on duty was apologetic & acknowledged the terrible experience we’d had & gave us a round of drinks by way of apology. I give full credit to the guys who refilled our water, they were the only thing on point about this visit. Our 5.30pm reservation ended with us being the last people in the restaurant & the observatory closed so we couldn’t even enjoy the views as the observatory was closed (we were rushed out of the restaurant at 8.50pm before we had even finished our drinks) Truly disappointing experience feel like I wasted $1330 dollars.
