We were waiting at the host stand for 5 minutes before someone came to help us (even though many staff walked right past us and looked at us without saying anything). Food was okay. We got a bottle of wine, with the gnocchi and mac and cheese to eat (recommended from the server). Server was good, but nothing special. I did indicate we were celebrating a big birthday, and no one mentioned it or did anything special. Nothing was "bad", but for the price, it was not worth it.

The Blue Mountain restaurant was a disappointing experience. Food was good but service was so bad it wasn't worth it. We will not eat there again.

Pizza wasnt prepappred or cooked properly, gnocchi was cold in the middle, mac and cheese was gritty/starchy. Typically the food is excellent. Cancelled our reservation later in our stay

We had such a great time as usual for our big family dinner. The food was amazing! Highly recommend the chop salad, the corn bread and the cauliflower bites. Not to mention the beef short rib gnocchi. The hostess was amazing and the wait staff was there for whatever we needed.

This time we were disappointed. We always go to this restaurant while in Blue Mountains. The good: clean chic restaurant, pleasant staff The Bad: service is slow had to wait what seemed like forever for our waiter to drop by. They brought the main course before even cleaning the appetizers off the table. They took my cutlery after the appetizers and had no fork or knife for the main course. The ugly: the quality of food/cooking has deteriorated. The calamari was undercooked, like chewing on a rubber tire. The spicy sauce on the chicken and the soggy onions made it uneatable. The salmon coated in a thick sugary lawyer. Not coming back.

Our server in the table was pretty attentive and the food served is of great quality but the service even being good could have been better! I've done a reservation for my wife's birthday celebration and the team unfortunately missed the information in the day we went there so the dessert we got didn't have the Happy Birthday little treat usually some restaurants do. Another point of improvement is to have a little more attention to details, we were in a clear line waiting to get seated in our reserved table and someone arrived on the side of receptionist table and was served before us! As a person of color it's hard to not think that this might sound as prejudice because we felt like we were not treated fairly as we should in that regards.
