    We love Ocean Prime, always for birthday lunches but we were sat in the bar (booth) and the service was very slow. Felt like we did not have a designated server which caused us to get overlooked many times. Food was awesome as always and by the end of the meal another server/bartender was taking care of us and we felt we had proper service, but our lunch was almost 3 hours unnecessary.

    My husband and i were there for our anniversary and i made the reservation in advance we got there and we still waited a good 15 min. Our table was in the corner and it is not intimate as i would like to be. The waitstaff were friendly knowledgable with their menu. We ordered the tomohawk steak and we ordered it medium to medium well. The steak came and it was medium rare. We did not wanted any kind of blood dripping it came out pretty bloody. The wait staff took it back and it came back not so bloody but it still red and we like it pink. The manager came back with same steak i believe but this time it was cook or nook on how we like our steak. They were ver apologetic.

    My server was really amazing, I just wish I remember her name. This was my first time here, celebrating my wife birthday. We had an amazing time last night, the price was reasonable.

    My wife and I had dinner here for our first anniversary.It was amazing, the extra care and attention to detail that they paid to us was invaluable. The service and our server Matt in particular will bring g me back many more times.

    We sat in a booth in the bar and it was perfect. Still feels like a nice dinner ambiance for the family quiet enough for comfortable conversations, yet multiple TV’s for my husband to not have to miss the game. Perfect balance of comfortable elegance. Food and service was great as always.

    We had a spectacular experience at Ocean Prime last night. Hubs and I took my two sons and their wives for an early holiday celebration. Richard, our server was on point. Professional, personable and just plain fun! Everyone loved their choices and the best part was trading plates around the table. The scallops, halibut special and the tomahawk steak were particularly outstanding, though the tuna and filet were awesome as well. Overall a most fabulous evening which more than made up for the less than amazing experience we had last time we were in. All is forgiven, thanks for everything!
