We strive to create an experience that looks at the Southern dinner table through a new lens. Our menu offerings are rooted in southern comfort dishes but are elevated to a level that will excite today’s diner. They remind us of family meals around our dinner tables but over deliver complex flavors and stimulating presentations. Our guests are served by a staff of eager hospitality professionals capable of providing the backstories of dishes, suppliers and ingredients. The experience offers a balance between soothing and creative, rustic and refined, downhome & uptown, satisfied and craving more.

Let us do the cooking this year for Thanksgiving. We will be serving a 3 course Southern Thanskgiving featuring Deep Fried Turkey, Prime Rib, Cornbread & Sausage Stuffing and all the trimmings. Price range is $40-$60 depending on the entree ordered. The complete menu is available at newsouthkitchen.com. A children's menu will be available for kids under 10. Our regular menu will not be available.

Quick evening meal after the end of a work day. Relaxing spaces. Creative and tasty food and drink. And stellar service from the front desk to the kitchen. Abigail always delivers friendly, flawless tableside service. Our go-to for a modern take Southern comfort food.

Dori was wonderful, but was the only reason I’d go back. The food was heavy, not particularly tasty and super-salty.

Great service and awesome food as always. Hard to decide what to order because there are so many wonderful options. I had fried oysters, fried okra and a salad. Probably too much food but I wanted all of it. It was worth every calorie

Weekend Brunch here has been a favorite of ours for years. The staff members are awesome with fast, friendly service. They serve true comfort food that is delicious and the presentation is excellent. It’s a laid back atmosphere. Try it, you too will be coming back for years to come. 😀
