We hadn't been in a while and were delighted to discover that "under new management," Can Can is better than ever. Excellent French-inspired menu, quality prep and a welcoming, professional staff. We were pleased to see Lauren captaining the reception desk, and our server, Chelsea, was attentive and cheerful. It's not easy finding a good hollandaise in Richmond, let alone an edible baguette, but Can Can delivers on both counts. I love the atmosphere at Stella’s. My only complaint was we were seated right in front of the door. There was a lot of traffic in and out. Cowboy ribeye was the best steak my partner and I have eaten, and paired with the scampi sides elevated it to the top. Also tried the stuffed salmon, which was okay. Desserts were amazing as well.
