It came out, probably well done and instead of coming over and trying to rectify the situation. She was very adamant that the steak was medium rare and we were wrong. Luckily Brooke, our server and Greg the bar manager came over and were amazing and very apologetic. Benchmark is one of my favorite places and when I make reservations again if Emily is working, I will be canceling set reservations.
