And having the students perform most of the services makes for an enjoyable experience. It’s worth the 70 mile drive for me !More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7

The staff are culinary students who are genuine and professional throughout the evening. The service is top notch, friendly and timely. The meal was excellent highlighted by the most remarkable Parker House and Chibata rolls baked fresh on site.
